At Transformers Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, un-morphed condition. Simply ensure all tags are attached and the apparel has not been worn or washed to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Cybertronian-inspired hangtags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
